Have you experienced that in all this exercise of high vibrating and of feeling good in anticipation, there is the another side of the coin, not so well-feeling?
It has happened to me, and increasing in strength, that after very high vibrating for something, if later the given situation frustrates, a feeling of frustration invades me, quite more important than the one I could feel before, when I didn't get so involved with things in the emotional level.
I lived this a few times in the past year but it wasn't until yesterday that I learned something that turned out to be magical and that's why I share it, just in case it may be useful to you at some point. Because we are not going to stop high vibrating in order to avoid feeling bad later! That would be a killer trap in which we cannot fall.
Mi bible in all this is the first of the books I read about the Law of Attraction: "Excuse-me, Your Life Is Waiting." It's one of the simplest books, direct to the point and practical that I have read about these matters (I haven't read many books, truly, but many articles indeed.) Following its guide I discovered that the quid of this matter, when we face a situation we don't desire, is a combination of the following actions:
1. To take the focus of your attention away from what is bothering us. To do something we like and makes us feel better and that drives our attention somewhere else; we shouldn't resist the situation, wish that it would be different, or make any attempt to change it; We should 'just' deviate our attention.
2. To go physical, to do some activity that moves our body. Go running, clean the house or make some order in our capboards: anything that makes us move.
3. Appreciate what is positive about the situation we don't like. To look at the situation with an open mind and thank the positive aspects that situation has. It doesn't matter that at first it seems that it doesn't have any positive aspect; if we make the appropriate search, we will always find something positive. Otherwise it wouldn't have happened in the first place, because we wouldn't have needed it, and in this life there are no coincidences or 'just-by-chances.'
Following these three steps I assure you that we go up the emotional scale and the result is not only that we feel better, but also that we can see 'further' the particular event and we can understand completely at least some of the motives why we are living that situation. And when that happens, wow! just like magic that situation transforms into something positive and we feel extremely well for what is happening. The following natural step is to feel grateful to life for having given us this opportunity of growth.
And there we are again in the same starting point of the wheel that represents our consciousness, only that the circle is bigger now and we are at a higher level, at a level in which, if we learned from the previous steps, we can blindly trust that our experiences from now on will only be positive and only will collaborate with our personal growth.
Yes, it's fantastic.
